Here Trick begins :::
1. Open notepad ( Win + R then write Notepad)
2. Write the following command in notepad
CreateObject("SAPI.SpVoice").Speak"I love YOU"
NOTE::::At place of I love YOU write the text you want your computer to speak
3. Save it with the name of ""AnyName.vbs" , The Extension .vbs is Important for this
4. Double click on it and hear what ur PC want to say You
